Angels Academies is one of the UK’s longest-running, most respected cheer programmes. Student, mentor, parent, newcomer—we’re all here to build. The day starts with check-ins and eye contact; the rhythm is counts, drills, music and fun. You learn skill, and you learn pace: warm-ups, stretches, breathe; then the work, until the move lands.
Mentors teach like elders: steady hands, clear standards, soft tone. Feedback is precise, what to keep, what to try next—never a bruise to the spirit. Progress isn’t a mystery; Some days it sounds like sneakers on the floor, others, tumbling international stages or taking part in new years celebrations in Paris; sometimes quiet.
